1. What is Timanga, actually?

Timanga is a private investment club where we pool our money together and make smart, long-term investments. We’re building wealth, learning along the way, and holding each other accountable.

 

 

2. So, what exactly do you invest in?

We’re mostly about index funds, solid, boring yet beautiful for long-term growth. But we’re not scared to spice things up: now and then we’ll dip into individual stocks, business ventures, or even property deals, if the group votes for it. No Forex, no gambling , just smart plays.

 

 

3. How do I join?

Click the Apply tab, fill in your details, and tell us a bit about yourself. We’ll review it, and if you don't radiate serial killer energy, we’ll reach out.

 

 

4. How much do I have to contribute?

Whatever amount you would like to contribute, whenever you want.

 

 

5. What if I want to leave?

Life happens, we get it. While we ask for at least a 12-month commitment, if things change, we’ll work with you on a smooth and respectful exit.

 

 

6. Who decides where the money goes?

We all do. This isn’t one guy calling the shots from his couch. We discuss, we vote, we decide as a group. If the majority’s keen, we go for it. Everyone gets a say, even the quiet ones.

 

 

7. Are you guys legit legit?

We’re not a financial services provider, we’re a private investment club registered as a PTY LTD company with the CIPC.

 

 

8. Can I see where the money is going?

Yebo! We keep everything transparent on our members' app, you’ll get regular updates on where the money is, what we’re invested in, and how it’s performing. No smoke and mirrors here.

 

 

9. Do I need to know a lot about investing to join?

Nope. Whether you’re a stock market guru or you think “S&P 500” is a new rap group, you’re welcome. 

 

 

10. Can I invite my cousin/sister/that one oke from work?

For sure. Send them to the Apply tab and tell them to behave themselves. We’re building something proper here.
